Our villa built in 2005 is situated on the exclusive sub-division of Sandy Ridge, a quiet development surrounded by conservation woodland. It is less than 15 minutes drive to the Disney theme parks and its convenient location also means that you can reach Universal Studios in less than 30 minutes and Sea World in 20 minutes. Orlando International Airport is only a 30 minute drive.

The villa is five minutes from junction 58 of the I4 at the Champions Gate exit. Located here are your nearest shops including a Publix supermarket, a 24 hour drive-thru pharmacy, fast food restaurants and a gas (petrol) station.

Only a little further away are the many shops and restaurants on the 192 highway. The numerous eateries include Carrabas (Italian Bistro - Excellent), Ponderosa and Sizzler Steakhouses, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, McDonalds and
many more.

The Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, The Loop and the brand new Winter Garden Village shopping malls are all situated within 45 minutes. If you prefer outlet shopping then Premium Outlets, Belz and Lake Buena Vista Outlets are all close by.

Away from Orlando and within one hours drive are the beautiful sandy beaches of either the East or West coastline and also Busch Gardens at Tampa for further theme park thrills.

For golf fanatics there are plenty of courses nearby. Only a five minutes drive away is Champions Gate, as mentioned above, where there are two courses designed by Greg Norman and also a David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Many others are within 5 - 10 minutes of the villa. These include Reunion, Mystic Dunes and Celebration..

This home is furnished to a very high standard and has a private pool and spa overlooking the beautiful natural surroundings. There is also a fully equipped games room with a pool table, dart board and table football. Unlimited internet access is also available free of charge.

For families with a baby or young child there is also a travel cot with bedding, highchair and a stroller (no additional charge is made for the use of these).
