I would totally rent it again! I liked it because it was so close to the parks without being in the MESS of all the traffic. In fact, its a bit out in the country.....I never had to go near Kissimee etc......that was great!

The house itself was perfect, great layout, great pool, gameroom, we had as much fun "at home" as we did at the parks. In fact, we only went to the parks 3x in our 7 day stay. We didn't want to leave the house. All of the neighbors were so friendly as well, close to the grocery.
GREAT vacation, GREAT price, GREAT house to stay in. Staying at the Disney resort could not have surpassed this, we loved being able to walk out our door to our own pool.....We would totally come again! Thanks for having it so nice for us.

The villa was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and very nicely decorated.

The villa is perfect for families with children as it comes with a pack-n-play crib (this is what we call those portable cribs in the us), a high chair and a stroller.

The woodlands surroundings in the back of the pool made it very relaxing after a long day at the theme parks

Have just returned from our holiday in your villa. Would like to say thanks very much and that we really enjoyed our stay there and your villa. We thought everything in the villa was very good and clean. This is not the case with other villas we have stayed in. I suggest you keep your current cleaners and management company, as they seem to be doing a very good job.

We had a great time at the Sandy Ridge Villa. The location was great, of the beaten path but close to the parks, restaurants and everything else. The home was nicely decorated and immaculate and the layout was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. The pool and hot tub were awesome and it was nice not having to pay extra for heating. We loved that the pool was south facing and backed up to the preserve. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautifully landscaped and maintained. The online booking system was also easy to use. Paul was more than helpful with any questions we had. We would defiantly stay at the villa again.

We are so happy to have stayed at your villa. It was more than we expected and we so enjoyed our vacation with the wonderful pool and beautiful yard. We couldn’t believe the amount of towels that were supplied as we have a large family that loves to swim! It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen as we enjoyed cooking and grilling at home after a long day and what can I say about the washer/dryer? How wonderful it is to come home with clean clothes! The villa was so easy to get to with the grocery close by and easy access to the interstate. Many thanks again and we won’t hesitate to refer our friends and family!
